The Dzongkhag Administration organized the Royal Civil Service Award 2023 ceremony at the Dzongkhag Tshodue Hall today at 9 am, coinciding with good zakar.

This initiative was strongly advised by the Dzongdag, recognizing the pressing need to clarify misconceptions regarding the importance of structural drawings in the construction of houses in the Dzongkhag.

Today, the Dzongkhag Administration is holding its quarterly progress review meeting at the DT Hall. Led by the Dzongdag, the meeting includes Dzongrab, Drungpa, Sector Heads and Engineers.

The auspicious event took place at the Dzongkhag Dratsang, starting at 8:30 AM. The celebration was marked by a joyous cake-cutting ceremony, a long live prayer for Their Majesties, and heartfelt wishes of Tashi Delek.

The primary agenda of this gathering was for each sector head to present their 1st quarterly progress report, providing an essential orientation for the newly appointed Dzongrab.

Druk Green Power Corporation has successfully completed the feasibility study for the Jomori Hydropower Project. Currently, they are working on obtaining the necessary NOCs and clearances from relevant stakeholders.

The mission of the project was to ensure that by the end of each fiscal year, 95% of the Dzongkhag population's census issues would be resolved at their doorstep, resulting in substantial cost savings.
