This morning, coinciding with the auspicious Zarkar of the 15th day of the 6th month of the Water Female Year, the offices in Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag welcomed a new Drangpoen.
The Dzongkhag greeted the new leader with the traditional ceremony of marching and zhudrel.
