The inauguration of Community Learning Centre at Jomotshangkha Dungkhag was graced by Dasho Dzongdag on 28th November,2019. The inauguration function was attended by Dasho Dzongrab, Dasho Drangpon,Thrizin,RBP, Regional and Cooperation heads of Jomostangkhag Dungkhag,Gups of Langchenphu, Lauri, Serthi and Phuntshothang, Chief Forest Officer of Samdrup Jongkhar, Chief Program Officer, NFCED, Dy. Chief TEO of Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde, Principals of Phuntshothang mss, Minjiwoong CS, Jomotsangkha MSS and Jangsa PS,CLC managers of Phuntshothang and Jomotsangkha, Learners of Jomotsangkha CLC, NFEC of Jomtshangkha Dungkhag and teachers and students of Jomotsangkha MSS and Jangsa Primary School.
The program consist of livelihood skills such as tailoring, literacy skills (yikur Namzha) and life skills.
