Dasho Dzongdag, Dzongrab and staffs of Samdrup Jongkhar Administration joined ground breaking ceremony for construction of His Majesty and His Holiness the Je Khenpo's portrait. The portrait will be constructed jointly by the staffs of Dzongkhag lead by Engineering Sector.
