Karmaling Higher Secondary School and Phuntshothang Middle Secondary School of Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag signed Delivery and Performance Agreement (DPA)  as an Autonomous school. The principal signed the agreement with Dasho Dzongdag and Director General of Ministry Of Education.
