Twenty-two elected local government members are attending the orientation program initiated by the Dzongkhag Administration. It is being conducted to orient the local government members on Acts, Rules, Regulations, Policies, Plans, and sectors mandates.
Today, they were oriented on the judiciary of Bhutan by Dasho Drangpoen, Standard Service Delivery by Dasho Dzongrab, planning and prioritization by DPO, Annual Grant Guideline by DFO, Procurement Rule and Regulation by Procurement Officer, and Engineering-Related Matters by Executive Engineer.
