The draft Tourism Action Plan for Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag was presented at the Mini Conference Hall. The discussion focused on the development of tourism products in Samdrup Jongkhar, marketing and promotion strategies, and capacity building initiatives. Valuable feedback and suggestions were provided by the tour operators. Additionally, the importance of collaboration among all stakeholders to advance tourism in the Dzongkhag was thoroughly discussed.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to coordinate future meetings with the private sector to ensure continued progress in the region's tourism development.
