The day-long Fourth Dzongkhag Tshogdu Session of Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag was held on September 11, 2023. It was attended by Dzongkhag Tshogdu Members, as well as notable attendees including Members of Parliament, a National Council Member, and various Regional and Sector Heads.
The deliberations for the session revolved around 11 distinct agendas that were submitted by the Gewogs. Among these agendas, several matters that are not under the Dzongkhag's purview to resolve will be forwarded to the relevant higher authorities while other issues were collaboratively resolved during the session.
