Dzongrab offered Tashi Lekdhar to the newly elected Tshogpa of Damtsegang toed chiwog་under Samrang gewog in Samdrup Jongkhar.

The new Tshogpa, Mr. Monsingh Rai, was elected upon completion of the petition period of the recent LG vacant Demkhong election.
