Consultation Meeting with Economic Affairs Committee

Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag Administration hosted a consultation meeting with the Economic Affairs Committee (EAC) of the National Council this morning at the Dzongkhag Tshogdu (DT) Hall. The meeting focused on the state of tourism in Bhutan, with a particular emphasis on the Dzongkhag’s efforts and challenges.

Led by the Dzongdag, sector heads presented the Dzongkhag’s tourism initiatives through the Integrated Tourism Action Plan, launched last year. The discussion also provided an opportunity to share key challenges impacting the growth of the tourism sector in Samdrup Jongkhar.
